You must first have a valid Referral letter from your GP or referring specialist (or ensure that a referral has been sent to us directly). Then get in touch with us to make an appointment.

You must be referred to us in order to book a consultation. To express your interest in a consultation, please call us during business hours via our practice number: 02 9197 8102, our friendly staff are happy to confirm your booking. Alternatively express your interest by submitting our Appointment Request webform anytime, one of our staff will be in touch promptly (within business hours) to confirm your booking.
