DR SHADY OSMAN

Dr Shady Osman is an Interventional Radiologist at Liverpool Hospital and Sydney Southwest Private Hospital.​

He graduated from Medicine at Auckland University in 2012 and became a Fellow of the Royal Australia & New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR) in 2019. He completed advanced training in MRI and Interventional Radiology in Auckland, New Zealand, followed by an Interventional Radiology Fellowship at Liverpool Hospital. In 2020 he obtained European Board of Interventional Radiology (EBIR) certification.

Dr Osman specialises in minimally invasive image-guided procedures and has interests in interventional oncology, MRI liver and MRI prostate. He is also interested in venous disease including pelvic venous disorders, varicose veins and varicocele embolisation in men.
He is currently the Co-Director of Training (Radiology) at Liverpool Hospital and is a strong advocate for education and Radiology trainee development.
